摘  要:推荐一个综合化学实验,该实验通过L-组氨酸(His-)接枝改性MIL-53(Al)得到新型MOF材料His-MIL-53(Al),研究了其对水溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,并进行了Pb(Ⅱ)吸附等温线和动力学模型研究。该实验由大学生创新项目转化而来,涉及材料制备、分析表征以及表面吸附等实验手段,涵盖了配位化学、仪器分析以及物理化学等相关领域知识,适合大学高年级综合化学实验。实验的开展有助于学生了解MOF材料制备及重金属离子吸附领域的科技前沿,激发学生的科研兴趣,拓展学生的视野,培养学生的创新科研思维和综合分析能力,同时有利于增强学生的环保意识和责任意识,培养学生的团队协作精神。Herein,a comprehensive chemical experiment was recommended.A new MOF material His-MIL-53(Al)was obtained by L-histidine(His-)grafting modification of MIL-53(Al)and Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption performance of the material was investigated.The adsorption isotherm and kinetic model of Pb(Ⅱ)were also investigated.This experiment was transformed from the innovation project of college students,involving material preparation,analytical characterization,surface adsorption and other experimental methods,covering coordination chemistry,instrumental analysis and physical chemistry related knowledge,which is suitable for comprehensive chemistry experiments of senior university students.The conduct of the experiment is helpful for students to understand the frontier of science and technology in the field of MOF material preparation and heavy metal ion adsorption,stimulate students'scientific research interest,expand students'vision,cultivate students'innovative scientific thinking and comprehensive analysis ability,and enhance students'awareness of environmental protection and responsibility and students'teamwork spirit.
