摘　　要：为降低Innovene聚丙烯反应器过顶冷凝器结垢腐蚀泄漏风险,结合生产实际,提出合理的改进措施。通过对第一、二反应器过顶冷凝器E206、E256管束进行材质升级,延长了设备的使用寿命;通过对冷凝器进行扩能改造,可提高生产负荷,降低装置能耗;增设冷凝器壳程淤泥清理管口及循环水药剂添加系统,可有效提高设备运行可靠性。通过以上措施,提高了换热器使用寿命,提高了装置经济效益,保证装置安全稳定运行。In order to reduce the risk of scaling,corrosion and leakage of Innovene polypropylene reactor overhead condenser,reasonable improvement measures are proposed in combination with production practice.By upgrading the material of the E206 and E256 tube bundles in the overhead condensers of the first and second reactors,the service life of the equipment has been extended;By expanding and renovating the condenser,the production load can be increased and the energy consumption of the device can be reduced;Adding a condenser shell side sludge cleaning nozzle and a circulating water agent addition system can effectively improve the reliability of equipment operation.Through the above measures,the service life of the heat exchanger has been improved,the economic benefits of the device have been improved,and the safe and stable operation of the device has been ensured.
