摘 要:本文以甲醇为对照,开展了一种新型复合碳源对不锈钢酸洗废水中硝酸盐去除性能的研究。主要通过考察不同类型碳源、甲醇与复合碳源的配合比、不同C/N等因素的影响,以确定最适宜碳源类型与投加量,并在某不锈钢污水处理厂进行工程应用验证。试验结果表明:在同等试验条件下,各碳源的反硝化效率由高到低依次为甲醇、复合碳源、乙酸钠;甲醇与复合碳源的COD当量之比为1∶3、1∶1、3∶1时,TN去除率相对于甲醇分别提高了5.54%、17.21%、18.75%;综合考虑反硝化能力与经济性,甲醇∶复合碳源=1∶1为最佳,最适宜C/N为4.0~4.5;连续30 d的工程应用效果显著,出水COD稳定在350~400 mg/L,TN稳定在40~50 mg/L,污泥浓度由2524 mg/L增加至2950 mg/L,SVI指数由75 mL/g增加至115 mL/g,改善了污泥的性状,提高了污泥活性,降低了碳源投加量,展现出了良好的经济效益。In this paper,a new type of composite carbon source was used to study the removal of nitrate from stainless steel pickling wastewater.By investigating the influence of different types of carbon sources,the mix ratio of methanol and composite carbon sources,and different C/N,the most suitable type and dosage of carbon sources were determined,and the engineering application was verified in a stainless steel sewage treatment plant.The results show that under the same conditions,the denitrification efficiency of each carbon source is methanol,complex carbon source and sodium acetate in order from high to low.When the COD equivalent ratio between methanol and complex carbon source is 1∶3,1∶1,3∶1,TN removal rate is increased by 5.54%,17.21%and 18.75%compared with methanol,respectively.Considering the denitrification ability and economy comprehensively,the best methanol:complex carbon source=1∶1,the most suitable C/N is 4~4.5;After 30 days of engineering application,the effluent COD is stable at 350~400 mg/L,TN is stable at 40~50 mg/L,sludge concentration increases from 2500 mg/L to 2950 mg/L,SVI index increases from 75 mL/g to 115 mL/g,which improves the shape of sludge and enhances sludge activity.The amount of carbon source added is reduced,showing good economic benefits.
