摘  要:随着传统化石能源的减少,新型可持续能源的开发显得尤为重要,发展光伏发电符合我国国情。异质结太阳能电池作为一种新兴的硅太阳能电池,具有更高的效率、制程简单等优势,同时,异质结太阳能电池生产过程产生的废气包括酸碱废气、工艺硅烷废气、有机废气等废气污染物,含氟废水、酸性洗涤塔废水、中水回用、生化处理单元、废蚀刻液处理等废水污染物,如果不进行治理,将造成严重的生态环境影响。本文对异质结太阳能电池生产过程废气、废水污染物防治措施进行研究,处理后的废气、废水满足《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB30484-2013)排放要求,研究成果为光伏发电行业提供技术参考。Along with traditional fossil energy decreasing,the development of new sustainable energy is particularly important.The development of photovoltaic power generation conforms to the situation of our country.As a new type of silicon solar cells,heterojunction solar cells have advantages such as higher efficiency and simple manufacturing process.Meanwhile,the waste gas produced by the production process of heterojunction solar cells includes acid and base waste gas,process silane waste gas,organic waste gas and other waste gas pollutants.Fluorine-containing wastewater,acid scrubber wastewater,reclaimed water,biochemical treatment unit,waste etching fluid treatment and other wastewater pollutants,if not treated,will cause serious ecological environment impact.In this paper,the prevention and treatment measures of waste gas and waste water pollutants in the production process of heterogeneous solar cells were studied,and the waste gas and waste water after treatment met the discharge requirements of“Discharge Standard of Battery Industry Pollutants”(GB30484-2013).The research results provide technical reference for the photovoltaic power generation industry.
