摘　　要：腰痛是现代临床常见病、多发病,随着经济的发展进步,腰痛从老龄化逐渐转变为年轻化。与此同时,临床上治疗腰痛的手段越来越多样,西医对较为严重者采用手术方法居多。对此病的中医治疗具有一定的理论基础。《丹溪心法·腰痛》中指出,对于不同病因的腰痛须采用不同的治疗方法,并根据脉象进行辨证治疗。笔者通过对“丹溪学说”进一步研读探讨后,从“阳常有余,阴常不足”“百病皆生于痰”“相火论”等方面,对朱丹溪治疗腰痛做出理论分析与研究,为临床预防及治疗腰痛提供了一定的理论基础。Low back pain is a common and frequently-occurring disease in modern clinical practice.With the development and progress of the economy,it has gradually transformed from aging to youthfulness.At the same time,there are more and more diverse clinical methods for treating low back pain,but surgical methods are still the main choices for the more serious patients.There is a certain theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of low back pain.The article“Danxi Heart Technique-Low Back Pain”points out that diff erent treatment methods are used for diff erent causes of low back pain,and dialectical treatment is carried out based on pulse conditions.After further studying and exploring the“Danxi Theory”,the author conducted a theoretical analysis and research on Zhu Danxi's treatment of low back pain from the perspectives of“excess of yang and deficiency of yin”,“all diseases are caused by phlegm”,and“Xianghuo Theory”,providing a certain theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of low back pain.
