探究“以茶待客”影响下的明清盖碗

摘　　要：中国的饮茶文化历史悠久,茶具更是有着丰富的民族内涵和精神象征,而中国茶具类型---盖碗,则是我国茶具品种中流传较广,至今仍是在使用的代表性的茶具之一。笔者首先简要理清中国茶文化的起源,并随茶而生的“以茶待客”此种礼仪的产生和发展,着重探究盖碗,尤其对于明清盖碗茶具的造型影响。China's tea drinking culture has a long history,and tea sets have rich ethnic connotations and spiritual symbols.The type of tea set in China,the cover bowl,is one of the representative tea sets that has been widely circulated and still in use today.This article first briefly clarifies the origin of Chinese tea culture,as well as the emergence and development of the etiquette of"treating guests with tea"that originated with tea,with a focus on exploring the influence of covering bowls,especially on the shape of Ming and Qing tea sets.
