基于云技术的重症监护室监护设备报警系统构建及其在患者管理中的效能分析

摘　　要：在重症监护室(ICU)监护设备报警基础上优化改进,构建基于云技术的ICU监护设备报警系统,并在该系统的总体框架基础上对功能模块进行构建。选取2019-2022年医院ICU收治的120例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组患者所用监护设备采用ICU常规报警系统,观察组患者所用监护设备采用基于云技术的ICU监护设备报警系统。在两组ICU患者首次康复运动实施时间的比较中,观察组用时少于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=8.972,P<0.05);在两组不良事件发生率和非计划中断率的比较中,观察组均低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.904,x^(2)=4.324;P<0.05);ICU内医护人员对该系统ICU监护设备报警系统应用满意度较高。基于云技术的ICU监护设备报警系统构建及应用,确保了ICU内应用系统的稳定性及输出性,整体应用价值较高,提高了ICU监护设备报警系统的监控能力和ICU内整体的管理能力。Based on the optimization and improvement of ICU monitoring equipment alarm,an ICU monitoring equipment alarm system based on cloud technology was constructed,and function modules were constructed on the basis of the overall framework of the system.A total of 120 ICU patients admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional ICU alarm system,and the observation group adopted the cloud-based ICU monitoring equipment alarm system.The implementation time of first rehabilitation exercise of the ICU patients was compared between the two groups,and the time of observation group was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.972,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events and unplanned interruption rate were compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.904,x^(2)=4.324;P<0.05).The medical staff in ICU was relatively satisfied with the application of the ICU monitoring equipment alarm system.The construction and application of the cloud-based ICU monitoring equipment alarm system ensured the stability and output of the application system in the ICU,and the overall application value was high,and improved the monitoring capabilities of the ICU monitoring equipment alarm system and the overall management capabilities in the ICU.
