摘  要:文章提出了一种利用锁相环技术来滤除谐振式加速度计闭环控制电路谐波的方法。首先介绍了谐振式加速度计工作原理,分析了谐振器的动力学方程以及非线性谐波共振原理。然后根据非线性振动方程的解,分析锁相环滤除谐波的原理。最后,建立闭环控制电路非线性振动Simulink仿真模型,对比自激闭环振荡和锁相环闭环振荡的结果,证明了锁相环能够消除驱动信号中的谐波,保证谐振式加速度计正常工作,实验结果与理论分析吻合。A method using phase-locked loop technology to filter out harmonics in the closed-loop control circuit of a resonant accelerometer is proposed.Firstly,the working principle of resonant accelerometer was introduced,and the dynamic equation of the resonator and the principle of nonlinear harmonic resonance were analyzed.Then,based on the solution of the nonlinear vibration equation,analyze the principle of phase-locked loop filtering out harmonics.Finally,a Simulink simulation model for nonlinear vibration of the closed-loop control circuit was established,and the results of self-excited closed-loop oscillation and phase-locked loop closed-loop oscillation were compared to prove that the phase-locked loop can eliminate harmonics in the driving signal and ensure the normal operation of the resonant accelerometer.The experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis.
