摘 要:工业场所使用数字显示仪表监控热电阻温度信息,应通过现场校准保证仪表达到量值溯源要求。结合新建机组调试实例,围绕热电阻及其数字显示仪表校准需求,根据相关技术规范明确了温控系统现场校准使用的装置,从系统整体校准和仪表单独校准两方面提出了现场校准技术,通过分析校准结果判断系统测温、控温准确性,指导热电阻及其数字显示仪表安装调整,确保热力系统运行状态符合要求。In industrial places,digital display instruments are used to monitor thermal resistance temperature information,and on-site calibration should be carried out to ensure that the instruments meet the traceability requirements.Based on the debugging example of a newly built unit and the calibration requirements of thermal resistors and their digital display instruments,the devices used for on-site calibration of the temperature control system have been clarified according to relevant technical specifications.The on-site calibration technology has been proposed from two aspects:overall system calibration and individual instrument calibration.By analyzing the calibration results,the accuracy of system temperature measurement and control is judged,and the installation and adjustment of thermal resistors and their digital display instruments are guided,ensure that the operating status of the thermal system meets the requirements.
