摘 要:随着电力通信传输网规模的不断扩大和复杂性的增加,其自愈能力的评估变得至关重要。设计和实现一套电力通信传输网自愈能力评估系统,通过层次分析法、模糊综合评价法以及改进型反向传播(Back Propagation,BP)神经网络算法相结合的综合评估方法,全面评估电力通信传输网的自愈能力,保证系统的功能完备性和稳定性。通过开展相关测试,验证本系统的可靠性,对于电力行业的发展和用户服务提升具有重要意义。With the increasing scale and complexity of power communication transmission network,the evaluation of its self-healing ability becomes very important.A set of self-healing ability evaluation system of power communication transmission network is designed and implemented.Through the comprehensive evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and improved Back Propagation(BP)neural network algorithm,the self-healing ability of power communication transmission network is comprehensively evaluated to ensure the functional completeness and stability of the system.It is of great significance for the development of power industry and the improvement of user service to verify the reliability of this system by carrying out relevant tests.
