摘 要:常规的高压电网运行故障定位方法存在故障定位周期较长、定位结果相对误差较大的问题,因此引入面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)通信技术,开展了基于GOOSE通信技术的高压电网运行故障定位方法研究。处理电网故障波形信号,建立并计算故障特征量和基于GOOSE通信技术的故障测距模型,实时测量电网运行故障距离。在此基础上,识别电网运行故障类型,定位高压电网运行故障区段。测试结果表明,提出的方法应用后,故障定位相对误差最大不超过0.4%,故障定位准确率得到了显著提升。The conventional fault localization methods for high-voltage power grid operation have the problems of long fault localization cycles and relatively large positioning errors.Therefore,the General Object Oriented Substation Event(GOOSE)communication technology is introduced,and a research on high-voltage power grid operation fault localization method based on GOOSE communication technology is carried out.Process power grid fault waveform signals,establish and calculate fault feature quantities and fault location models based on GOOSE communication technology,and measure the fault distance of power grid operation in real-time.On this basis,identify the types of power grid operation faults and locate the fault sections of high-voltage power grid operation.The test results show that after the application of the proposed method,the maximum relative error of fault localization does not exceed 0.4%,and the accuracy of fault localization has been significantly improved.
