摘　　要：企业工会是中华全国总工会的基层组织,是工会的重要组织基础和工作基础,是企业工会会员和职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,也是在新时期提升企业思想政治工作水平的重要媒介途径,对弘扬社会主义核心价值观、提升企业核心竞争力,凝聚人心等方面有着重要的意义。The enterprise trade union is the primary-level organization of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.the important organizational and work basis of the trade union,the representative and defender of the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise's trade union members and employees,and an important media to improve the level of ideological and political work of the enterprise in the new era.The enterprise trade union plays an important role in promoting the core values of socialism,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and gathering people's hearts.
