摘　　要：LOW-E镀膜玻璃产品因具备优异的节能效果,近年来被广泛应用于建筑玻璃与汽车玻璃领域。本文对配套冷却循环水系统对相关设备及组件进行持续冷却。合理的冷却系统不仅能够满足设备运行过程中散热的需求,同时可以缓解生产线后期的掉渣问题,提高镀膜玻璃良品率、延长生产周期、降低生产成本。在冷却循环水方案的设计初期,应考虑冷却循环水的电导率、流量、温度、pH值等参数,这些参数对设备的稳定运行至关重要,在后期的运行过程中也要注重对冷却水设备组件的维护,防止板换结垢影响换热效果,同时需确保水质达标,防止循环水对设备中的铜组件造成腐蚀,确保冷却循环水设备稳定运行。Low-E coated glass products have been widely used in the field of architectural glass and automotive glass in recent years due to their excellent energy-saving effects.It is necessary to provide a cooling circulating water system for continuous cooling of relevant equipment and components.A reasonable cooling system can not only meet the demand for heat dissipation during equipment operation,but also alleviate the problem of slag falling in the later stage of the production line,improve the yield of coated glass,extend the production cycle,and reduce production costs.At the initial stage of the design of the cooling circulating water scheme,the conductivity,flow rate,temperature,PH value and other parameters of the cooling circulating water should be considered.These parameters are critical to the stable operation of the equipment.In the later stage of operation,proper maintenance of cooling water equipment components shall be ensured to prevent the scaling of the plate heat exchanger from affecting the heat exchange efficiency,and meanwhile,the water quality shall meet the standard to prevent the circulating water from corroding the copper components in the equipment,thereby the cooling circulating water equipment can be operated stably.
