摘　　要：南宋淳熙年间的一个端午节,四更时分,寺院的钟声响了。临安融和坊的一间老屋里,六十来岁的老妇人刘大娘麻利地从床上起身,风风火火地收拾好,用一根扁担挑了两个大竹筐,拉着五六岁的小孙子“辣瓜儿”出门了。融倒衣上色沉種楼和坊,俗称“灌肺岭巷”,因为坊内有个小土山,肉贩子总是在这山脚下卖肉市里的灌肺等下脚料,所以小土山被称为“灌肺岭”,坊巷也因山而得名。"ncense-burning"was one of the four elegant pastimes in the Song Dynasty.Mrs.Liu,known as the“lncense Lady”,came from a family that operated an incense shop.Relying on her ancestral incense prescription,she made a living by wrapping incense for a shop on the Imperial Street.When the incense shop wasn't busy,she would wander the streets and alleys like a peddler,assisting people in adding incenseor imprinting incense.Incense imprints,madebypressing incense powder with molds featuring indented patterns,not only emitted fragrances when lit but also served as a"silent clock"by measuring time through continuous burning in the Song Dynasty.
