摘　　要：为提高矿用UPS电源控制系统的开发便捷性和降低开发难度,并确保UPS电源控制系统的稳定性,设计了一种基于嵌入式软PLC的UPS电源控制系统。通过对矿鸿操作系统内核打RT补丁的方式提高了实时性,满足了系统对控制响应的要求。以软PLC运行时系统为基础,开发使用了各类基于软PLC的组件。目前已实现了IIC总线、SPI总线、系统日志、用户管理等功能组件。以CODESYS可视化组件作为组态模块实现人机交互。相比于使用硬PLC或专用控制器的控制系统,采用嵌入式软PLC便于以更灵活的方式和统一的标准进行功能模块的开发,提高了软件利用率和开发效率,降低了开发成本。测试结果证明,基于嵌入式软PLC的控制系统运行稳定可靠,满足设计要求。In order to improve the development convenience and reduce the development difficulty of the mining UPS power control system,and ensure the stability of the UPS power control system,a UPS power control system based on embedded soft PLC was designed.By applying RT patches to the core of the Kuanghong operating system,real-time performance has been improved,meeting the system’s requirements for control response.Based on the soft PLC Runtime system,various components based on soft PLC were developed and used.Currently,functional components such as IIC bus,SPI bus,system log,and user management have been implemented.Using CODESYS visualization components as configuration modules to achieve human-machine interaction.Compared to control systems using hard PLC or specialized controllers,using embedded soft PLC facilitates the development of functional modules in a more flexible manner and unified standards,improves software utilization and development efficiency,and reduces development costs.The test results proved that the control system based on embedded soft PLC operated stably and reliably,and met the design requirements.
