摘 要:开采解放层采煤机对设备的抗振性要求很高,传统的减振措施一般采用橡胶减振方式。针对橡胶减振方式可靠性差、寿命短等缺点,提出了一种钢丝绳减振方式。建立并分析了电控箱减振系统力学模型和数学模型,并且提出了不同电控组件的钢丝绳减振结构方式。在无减振和有减振条件下进行多点振动测试,实验结果说明钢丝绳减振效果更好,可以提升采煤机电控组件的寿命和系统稳定性。最后进行了工业性试验,进一步证实了钢丝绳减振的可行性。The coal winning machine in the liberated layer requires high equipment vibration resistance,and traditional vibration reduction measures generally use rubber vibration reduction methods.A steel wire rope vibration reduction method was proposed to address the shortcomings of poor reliability and short lifespan of rubber vibration reduction methods.The mechanical and mathematical models of the vibration reduction system of the electric control box were established and analyzed,and different wire rope vibration reduction structures for different electric control components were proposed.The multi-point vibration test was conducted under both non-vibration and vibration reduction conditions,and the experimental results showed that the wire rope has better vibration reduction effect,which can improve the service life and system stability of the electric control components of the coal winning machine.Finally,industrial experiments were conducted to further confirm the feasibility of wire rope vibration reduction.
