摘 要:钻杆断裂定位旋转打捞装置技术,是解决带钻头的钻杆打捞,避免钻杆滑落、倾斜影响工期的重要技术。根据可可盖煤矿竖井钻机装备性能特征,首先提出了使用内胀式打捞器打捞断裂钻杆的方案,经过多次尝试无任何效果,并剖析了存在以上问题的原因;其次提出了使用定位旋转打捞装置来打捞断裂钻杆的方案,并展开了现场试验,发现钻杆顺利扶正,且未脱离打滑,证明了该定位旋转打捞装置及方法是一种可行的打捞断裂带钻头的钻杆的技术工艺。The technology of positioning and rotating fishing device for drill pipe fracture is an important technology for solving the problem of fishing drill pipes with drill bits,and avoiding the impact of drill pipe slipping and tilting on the construction period.Based on the performance characteristics of the vertical shaft drilling rig equipment in Kekegai Coal Mine,a scheme of using an internal expansion fishing tool to salvage broken drill pipes was first proposed.After multiple attempts,no results were achieved,and the reasons for the above problems were analyzed.Secondly,the scheme of using the positioning rotary fishing device to salvage the broken drill pipe was put forward,and the field test was carried out.It was found that the drill pipe was aligned smoothly without slipping,which proved that the positioning rotary fishing device and method,as a feasible technical process for fishing the drill pipe of fracture zone bits.
