吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合肛泰栓治疗混合痔35例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)联合肛泰栓治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年12月,本院收治的70例混合痔手术患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。观察组采用PPH联合肛泰栓治疗,对照组采用外剥内扎术联合肛泰栓治疗。比较2组围手术期指标、疼痛程度、恢复情况及术后并发症。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,2组疼痛评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的创面愈合时间、首次排便时间及首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.43%,低于对照组的22.86%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:混合痔采用PPH联合肛泰栓治疗临床效果较好,能减轻患者疼痛,促进肛门功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in combination with Gangtai Suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with PPH in combination with Gangtai Suppository,while the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation in combination with Gangtai Suppository.The perioperative indicators,pain degree,recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).One week after operation,the pain scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the pain score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,the first defecation time,and the first ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1l.43%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion PPH in combination with Gangtai Suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has a good clinical effect,which can relieve pain,promote the recovery of anal function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
