RPH联合聚桂醇注射治疗内痔出血并直肠黏膜内脱垂29例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自动弹力线痔套扎术(RPH)联合聚桂醇注射治疗内痔出血并直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年3月,本院治疗的58例内痔出血并直肠黏膜内脱垂患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各29例。治疗组采用RPH联合聚桂醇注射治疗,对照组予传统外剥内扎术联合聚桂醇注射治疗。比较2组术后疼痛、出血及疗效等情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.1%,高于对照组的72.4%(P<0.05)。治疗组术后疼痛、出血和水肿程度等评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:RPH联合聚桂醇注射治疗内痔出血并直肠黏膜内脱垂疗效确切,术后疼痛小,出血量少,创面愈合时间短,能有效改善出血及黏膜脱垂情况。Objective To observe the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)in combination with lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids bleeding and rectal mucosal prolapse.Methods A total of 58 patients with internal hemorrhoids bleeding and rectal mucosal prolapse treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with RPH in combination with lauromacrogol injection,while the control group was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation in combination with lauromacrogol injection.The postoperative pain,bleeding and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.1%in the treatment group,which was higher than 72.4%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative pain,bleeding and edema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion RPH combined with lauromacrogol injection is effective in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids bleeding and rectal mucosal prolapse,with less postoperative pain,less bleeding,and shorter wound healing time,which can effectively improve bleeding and mucosal prolapse.
