外洗湿疹方坐浴联合龙珠软膏外涂治疗肛周湿疹30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价外洗湿疹方坐浴联合龙珠软膏外涂治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将2022年2~12月,本院治疗的60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予外洗湿疹方坐浴联合龙珠软膏外涂治疗,对照组给予糠酸莫米松软膏外涂治疗。观察比较2组总有效率、肛周瘙痒程度及皮损面积变化等指标。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05),且治疗2个疗程后,观察组肛周瘙痒症状评分及皮损面积减少程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外洗湿疹方坐浴联合龙珠软膏外涂能有效治疗肛周湿疹,快速缓解瘙痒症状,改善皮损程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Waixi Shizhen Formula sitz bath in combination with Longzhu Ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema.MethodsFrom February to December 2022,total 60 patients with perianal eczema treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Waixi Shizhen Formula sitz bath in combination with Longzhu Ointment,while the control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Ointment.The total effective rate,the degree of perianal pruritus and the change of skin lesion area were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the perianal pruritus symptom score and the reduction degree of skin lesion area in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Waixi Shizhen Formula sitz bath in combination with Longzhu Ointment can effectively treat perianal eczema,quickly relieve itching symptoms,and improve the degree of skin lesions,which is worthy of clinical application.
