基于Peplau人际关系理论的“5A”护理对结直肠癌手术患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Peplau人际关系理论的“5A”护理对结直肠癌手术患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2023年1月,本院治疗的60例结直肠癌患者,遵循抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理模式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于Peplau人际关系理论的“5A”护理模式,比较2组负性情绪,自我护理能力及生存质量等指标。结果:护理后,观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力和生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于结直肠癌手术患者,行常规护理的同时采用基于Peplau人际关系理论的“5A”护理措施可改善患者情绪,提高自我护理能力和生存质量,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effects of"5A"nursing on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer surgery based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory.Methods From January 2020 to January 2023,total 60 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing model,and the observation group was treated with"5A"nursing model based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer surgery,routine nursing with"5A"nursing measures based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory can improve patients'negative emotions,self-care ability and quality of life,and reduce complications.
