术前定位联合归因训练在肛肠病手术患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究术前定位联合归因训练在肛肠病手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年1月,本院收治的140例肛肠病手术患者,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组采用术中定位联合归因训练干预,观察组采用术前定位联合归因训练干预,比较2组干预效果,手术指标及术后并发症情况等。结果:干预后,观察组术后首次排便时间、肛门首次通气时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我护理能力、睡眠质量、心理健康及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠病手术患者应用术前定位联合归因训练可有效降低并发症风险,改善其预后,促进其快速恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of preoperative localization in combination with attribution training in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 140 patients with anorectal disease admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intraoperative localization in combination with attribution training intervention,while the observation group was treated with preoperative localization in combination with attribution training intervention.The intervention effects,surgical indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groupsR.Iesults After the intervention,the time of the first defecation,the time of the first anal ventilation and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability,sleep quality,mental health and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative localization in combination with attribution training in patients undergoing anorectal surgery can effectively reduce the risk of complications,improve their prognosis,and promote their rapid recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
