盐穗木中药复方制剂对腹泻病犊牛的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：(目的)研究盐穗木中药复方制剂对犊牛腹泻的疗效情况。(方法)。使用ELISA试剂盒对20份粪便样品进行轮状病毒、冠状病毒、病毒性腹泻-粘膜病毒的病原检测及细菌的分离鉴定。试验对15头2~3月龄的腹泻犊牛饲喂不同添加量的中药制剂,对血液生化指标数据进行分析及临床症状评价。(结果)分离出大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌;粪便中的病毒性病原检测为阴性;盐穗木复方制剂的疗效结果显示:对照组有效2例,治疗组有效6例。(结论)犊牛腹泻主要是由大肠杆菌引起的。在盐穗木中药复方制剂的试验中,治疗组高于对照组,说明盐穗木具有一定疗效,且1.5倍中药复方制剂的治疗效果最好,该试验为犊牛腹泻的治疗提供一定的参考。(Objective)Study the curative effect of Halostachys caspica compound preparation on calf diarrhea.(Methods).20 fecal samples was tested with ELISA kit for pathogen detection of rotavirus,coronavirus and viral diarrhea-mucosal virus,and bacteria isolation and identification.Fifteen diarrhea calves at 2-3 months of age were fed different amounts of Chinese medicine preparations,and the blood biochemical indexes were analyzed and clinical symptoms were evaluated.(Results)Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were isolated.Stool tests for viral pathogens were negative;The results of Halostachys caspicacompound preparation showed that 2 cases were effective in the control group and 6 cases were effective in the treatment group.(Conclusion)Calf diarrhea is mainly caused by E.coli.The treatment group was higher than the control group,indicating that the treatment group had a certain curative effect,and the treatment effect of 1.5 times Chinese medicine compound preparation was the best.This test provides a certain reference for the treatment of diarrhea of calves.
