中医药服务贸易水平视阈下留学研究生思政教育“四位一体”实践与研究——以辽宁中医药大学与新加坡同济医药研究院合作项目为例

摘　　要：来华留学生教育是高校对外教育交流的重要组成部分,是提升文化自信、增强国家文化软实力的必要方式之一。辽宁中医药大学与新加坡同济医药研究院中医专业联合办学项目,以思政教育为引领,以课堂教学为核心,传播中医知识、讲好中国故事,培养知华、友华、亲华的优质毕业留学生,提升中医药服务贸易水平,积极融入“一带一路”大格局建设。Education for foreign students is an important part of foreign education and exchange of universities,and it is also one of the necessary ways to enhance cultural confidence and strengthen cultural soft power of a nation.Guided by the ideological and political education,with classroom teaching at the core,the joint education program between Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Singapore Thong Chai Institute of Medical Research has been spreading the knowledge of Chinese medicine and telling the true story of China.This program aims at cultivating high-quality international students who are knowledgeable of China,friendly to China and have love for China and improving Chinese medicine service and trade with integration into the construction of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.
