摘  要:为研究就地热再生施工段原路面材料组成差异,确定合理的再生沥青混合料材料组成,本文依托德昌高速路面养护工程,调研了不同施工段原路面SMA-13材料组成差异,分别设计了不同级配的再生沥青混合料,并分析了再生沥青混合料最佳沥青含量,论证了再生沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性。结果表明:不同就地热再生SMA-13施工段原路面材料组成具有显著差异;不同施工段设计了三种再生SMA-13沥青混合料级配,按照3.5%空隙率控制要求,再生SMA-13最佳沥青含量分别为5.4%、5.8%、5.7%;再生SMA-13水稳定性随沥青含量增加而增加,高温稳定性则反之,低温抗裂性能较差;建议根据再生沥青混合料应用环境要求合理确定其材料组成,保证其性能满足设计要求。To study the differences in material composition of the original pavement of hot in-place recycling construction section,and to determine the reasonable material composition of recycled asphalt mixtures,based on the maintenance project of the Dechang Expressway pavement,the differences in the materials composition of SMA-13 in the original pavement of different construction sections were investigated,the different gradations of recycled asphalt mixtures were designed,the optimal asphalt content of the recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed,and the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,and moisture stability of the recycled asphalt mixture were demonstrated.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the materials composition of original pavement for different hot in-place recycling SMA-13 construction sections.Three types of recycled SMA-13 asphalt mixture gradations were designed for different construction sections,and the optimal asphalt content for recycled SMA-13 was 5.4%,5.8%,and 5.7%,respectively,according to the 3.5%air voids.The moisture stability of recycled SMA-13 increases with the increase of asphalt content,while the high-temperature stability is the opposite,and the low-temperature crack resistance performance is poor.It is recommended to reasonably determine the material composition of recycled asphalt mixture based on its application environment requirements,to ensure that its performance meets design requirements.
