摘 要:为研究再生剂用量对再生沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,本文设计了4种再生剂掺量的再生沥青混合料,并采用浸水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验测试了再生沥青混合料水稳定性,分析了再生剂用量对再生沥青混合料水稳定性的影响趋势。研究表明:随着再生剂用量的增加,再生沥青混合料稳定度以及劈裂抗拉强度总体呈降低的趋势;再生剂用量对再生沥青混合料冻融劈裂抗拉强度比影响显著,而对浸水残留稳定度比影响不显著,4种再生剂掺量的再生沥青混合料测试结果均满足设计要求。工程应用过程中应综合考虑再生剂对再生沥青混合料性能的影响趋势,并考虑经济效益的影响,确定最佳的再生剂用量。To investigate the influence of rejuvenator dosage on the moisture stability of recycled asphalt mixtures,four different levels of rejuvenator dosage were designed for recycled asphalt mixtures.Water immersion Marshall tests and freeze-thaw splitting tests were conducted to evaluate the moisture stability of the recycled asphalt mixtures,and the changing trends in moisture stability due to varying rejuvenator dosages were analyzed.The research indicates that as the rejuvenator dosage increases,the stability and freeze-thaw tensile strength under different conditions of the recycled asphalt mixtures tend to decrease.Rejuvenator dosage significantly affects their freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength,while the impact of rejuvenator dosage on the residual stability after immersion in water of recycled asphalt mixtures is not significant.The moisture stability test results for the four different rejuvenator dosages all meet the design requirements.During engineering applications,it is advisable to comprehensively consider the influence trends of rejuvenator dosage on the performance of recycled asphalt mixtures,taking into account the economic impact,to determine the optimal rejuvenator dosage.
