摘　　要：本文归纳总结了公路突发环境事件应急预案编制要点,梳理分析了当前我国公路突发环境事件应急预案编制过程中存在的问题,并结合作者多年工作经验积累,从提高管理意识、扩增协同效应、提高应急预案的系统性治理等方面提出建议,提高预案编制质量,保障事件处置工作顺利开展,以最大程度减少突发环境事件带来的负面影响。This paper summarizes the key points of the preparation of the emergency plan for highway environmental emergencies,and analyzes the problems existing in the preparation of the emergency plan for highway environmental emergencies in China.Combined with the author′s years of work experience,it puts forward suggestions to improve the preparation quality of the emergency plan from the aspects of improving management awareness,expanding synergistic effect and improving the systematic governance of the emergency plan.Ensure the smooth operation of incident handling to minimize the negative impact of environmental emergencies.
