情报对抗中的认知塑造:实践运用与能力需求

摘　　要：[研究目的]探究情报对抗中认知塑造的基本原理,梳理总结情报对抗中认知塑造的实践运用策略与能力需求导向,以认知塑造的新视角拓宽情报理论研究的领域范畴。[研究方法]在认知战理论的基础上进一步提出认知塑造的全新概念,通过文献梳理与案例分析,深入研究情报对抗中认知塑造的基本概念和形成机理,进一步阐明其运作筹划的方法策略和能力需求。[研究结论]情报对抗中认知塑造的核心要义就是在对手情报机构或决策者认知观念中塑造形成错误知觉,诱使其对当前的情报态势做出不恰当的反应,具体的实践方法包括饱和攻击、思维误导、心理干预和舆论操控等手段,这些手段的运用又在情报投送、舆论宣传、隐真示假、科学评估等领域对未来情报能力建设提出了相应的能力需求。[Research purpose]This paper explores the basic principles of cognitive shaping in intelligence confrontation,and summarizes the application tactics as well as the demand of ability of cognitive shaping in intelligence confrontation.It also broadens the field of intelligence theory research from a new perspective of cognitive shaping.[Research method]On the basis of cognitive warfare theory,this paper puts forward a brand-new concept of cognitive shaping.Through literature review and case analysis,this paper studies the basic concept and formation mechanism of cognitive shaping in intelligence confrontation and further clarifies its tactics and its need in intelligence capabilities.[Research conclusion]The core of cognitive shaping in intelligence confrontation is to shape and form false perception in the cognitive concepts of adversary's intelligence agencies or decision makers,and induce them to make inappropriate responses to the current intelligence situation.The specific tactics include saturation attack,misleading thinking,psychological intervention and public opinion manipulation.The application of these means puts forward corresponding ability requirements for future intelligence capacity building in the fields of intelligence delivery,public opinion and publicity,concealing truth and showing falsehood,and evaluation of the effect.
