摘　　要：在复杂环境的核心城市区,对有限地下空间进行加深改造利用,是实现存量资源活化增值、减少大面积开发潜在风险的有效手段。北京商务中心区(CBD)核心区Z1a项目属于超期服役深基坑再加深改造工程,通过对预注浆范围进行限制,解决扰动砂卵石层地下连续墙成槽坍孔难题,同时节省了施工材料,避免预注浆增大土方开挖难度;将地下连续墙兼作地下室结构外墙,通过预埋件及内衬墙,确保钢筋接驳准确性、结构整体性、外墙防水质量;将地下连续墙压顶梁兼作结构外墙,减少剔凿对地下连续墙结构损伤,有效增强接缝处防水质量。通过对地下连续墙成槽、钢筋接驳、内衬墙施工、外墙防水等进行研究与创新,形成整套超深基坑再加深技术,为狭小场地支护施工提供借鉴。In the core urban areas of complex environments,deepening the transformation and utilization of limited underground space is an effective means to activate and increase the value of existing resources and reduce the potential risks of large-scale development.The Z1a project in the core area of the Beijing Central Business District(CBD)belongs to the extended service deep foundation pit deepening and renovation project.By limiting the scope of pre-grouting,the problem of trench collapse of the underground diaphragm wall in the disturbed sand and gravel layer is solved,while at the same time,it saves construction materials and avoids pre-grouting which increases the difficulty of earthwork excavation.Furthermore,the underground diaphragm wall is used as the external wall of the basement structure,the accuracy of steel bar connection,structural integrity,and waterproofing quality of the external wall is ensured through embedded parts and inner lining walls;the roof beam of the underground diaphragm wall is also used as the external wall of the structure,the damage caused by chiseling to the underground diaphragm wall structure is reduce and the waterproof quality at the joints is effectively enhanced.Through research and innovation on the grooving of underground diaphragm walls,steel bar connection,construction of inner lining walls,and external wall waterproofing,a complete set of further deepening construction technology is formed for ultra deep foundation pit.It provides reference experience for the support construction of narrow and small sites.
