海外工程中内倒双层幕墙的节能设计与装配式施工

摘　　要：结合海外工程实际,针对幕墙施工工序复杂,施工难度大,安全风险高的问题,通过图纸深化设计,并实施在国内制作幕墙视觉样板,邀请海外业主及监理到国内验收的方式进行图纸方案确认及材料认样,极大节省了施工工期。为促进斜向钢结构网架材料的标准化加工,保障钢结构材料尺寸可装箱海运,采用了装配式设计方案,钢结构材料清关运输到达工地后,在地面定制胎架上进行组装,然后通过塔吊进行吊装,减少了大型高空作业机械的投入、高空焊接作业量、人员高空作业时间,降低了安全风险,为海外项目提供了可供借鉴的经验。Based on the actual situation of overseas project,in response to the problems of complex construction process,high difficult construction,and high safety risks in curtain wall construction,through deepening design of drawings,implementation of curtain wall visual samples production in China and inviting the overseas owners and supervisors to China to conduct drawing scheme confirmation and material identification through domestic acceptance,the construction period has be greatly saved.To promote the standardized processing of diagonal steel structure grid materials and ensure that the dimensions of steel structure materials can be boxed and transported by sea,the fabricated construction design scheme has been adopted.After the steel structure materials were cleared and transported to the construction site,they were fabricated on a customized jig frame on the ground,and then lifted by a tower crane,which reduced the investment of large high-altitude working machinery,the amount of high-altitude welding work,the operating time for personnel at heights,the safety risks,and provided valuable experience for overseas projects.
