摘　　要：针对采用累积滑移施工方法的大跨度空间钢结构屋盖,研发了一种滑移阶段自动卸载技术。该技术由滑移阶段自动卸载技术、滑移阶段卸载防自滑技术、结构位形和钢柱对接精度控制技术、顶推与卸载同步控制技术和顶推与自动卸载协同作用仿真分析技术等5部分组成,能够有效保证屋盖结构成形状态的位形,解决了大型屋盖结构在滑移阶段平稳由3条轨道支撑状态过渡为2条长滑轨支撑状态的技术难题。A sliding stage automatic unloading technology is developed for large-span spatial steel structure roofs using the cumulative sliding construction method.This technology consists of five parts:automatic unloading technology in the sliding stage,anti-slip technology in the sliding stage,precision control technology for structural configuration and steel column docking,synchronous control technology for pushing and automatic unloading,and simulation analysis technology for the synergistic effect of pushing and automatic unloading.It can effectively ensure the shape of the roof structure in the forming state,solving the technical problem of a large roof structure transitioning smoothly from a state supported by three tracks to a state supported by two long sliding tracks during the sliding stage.
