摘 要:针对仓储物流厂房项目超高、超重梁板施工,传统方法存在的支撑钢管和模板用量大,成本高,搭设拆除工期长,效率低,同时会产生大量废旧方木和模板的问题,提出了仓储物流厂房快速建造施工技术。新技术施工时,主梁采用贝雷架型钢平台支模,次梁采用装配式叠合梁,楼板采用钢筋桁架楼承板,避免了搭设满堂支模架,提前对图纸的叠合次梁和钢筋桁架楼承板进行深化,在预制厂生产叠合次梁、钢筋桁架与镀锌钢板焊接成一体的组合模板。经实践验证,新方法能够保证安全,缩短工期、节约成本,可在物流厂房项目的快速建造时推广应用。As to the construction of ultra-high and ultra-heavy beams and plates in the warehouse logistics factory project,the traditional methods have the problems of large amount of supporting steel pipes and formworks,high cost,long construction and demolition period,low efficiency,and the generation of a large amount of waste square timber and formworks.A rapid construction technology for warehouse logistics factory is proposed.During the construction of new technology,the main beam is supported by a bailey truss type steel platform,the secondary beam adopts fabricated laminated beams,and the floor adopts steel truss support slabs,avoiding the installation of a full-hall formwork support frame.The laminated secondary beam and steel truss floor support slabs in the drawings are deepened in advance,and a composite formwork is produced in the prefabrication plant,where the laminated secondary beam,steel truss,and galvanized steel plate are welded together.The practice verifies that the new method can ensure safety,shorten construction period,and save costs,and can be promoted and applied in the rapid construction of logistics factory projects.
