摘 要:沙漠地区风积沙资源丰富,采用风积沙作为筑路材料,是节约工程成本的必然选择。但风积沙具有松散、级配不良和无黏聚力的工程特性,若将风积沙应用于路面结构,需对其进行改良。采用地聚合物固化风积沙的方法对风积沙进行加固,并首次将地聚合物固化风积沙应用于工程实践。通过施工发现,采用地聚合物固化的风积沙应用于底基层及基层可大大降低施工成本;现场采用“一步法”制备地聚合物,风积沙的含黏量、地聚合物的制备方法、固化土拌和的均匀性与施工中固化土水分的保持是影响地聚合物固化风积沙道路结构形成强度的重要因素;地聚合物固化风积沙随龄期的增加持续增长。Desert areas are rich in drift sand resources,and using windblown sand as a road construction material is an inevitable choice to save engineering costs.However,windblown sand has engineering characteristics of looseness,poor grading,and lack of cohesion.If windblown sand is applied to pavement structures,it needs to be improved.The method of using geopolymer to solidify windblown sand is used to reinforce windblown sand,and for the first time,geopolymer solidified windblown sand is applied to engineering practice.Through construction,it is found that the use of geopolymer solidified windblown sand in the subbase and base layers can greatly reduce construction costs;the"onestep method"is used on site to prepare geopolymer.The viscosity content of windblown sand,the preparation method of geopolymer,the uniformity of solidified soil mixing,and the maintenance of solidified soil moisture during construction are important factors that affect the strength of the formation of geopolymer solidified windblown sand road structure;geopolymer solidified windblown sand continues to grow with age.
