摘  要:结合某工程现场施工实例,对变截面钢箱梁卸载过程中方案的选择、卸载胎架的布置、卸载施工流程等进行了详细的分析,同时对卸载胎架、钢垫块受力及位移进行了有限元模拟分析,最后对卸载精度控制进行了介绍。现场施工实例表明:变截面钢箱梁卸载方式选择思路清晰,分级卸载方式施工安全可靠,结构分析合理,可为类似工程提供参考依据。Based on an on-site construction example of a certain project,a detailed analysis is performed on the selection of unloading plans,layout of unloading frames,and unloading construction process for variable cross-section steel box beams.At the same time,finite element simulation analysis is performed on the force and displacement of unloading frames and steel cushion blocks.Finally,the control of unloading accuracy is introduced.Through on-site construction examples,it is shown that the selection of unloading methods for variable cross-section steel box beams has a clear idea,the construction of graded unloading methods is safe and reliable,and the structural analysis is reasonable.It can provide a reference basis for similar projects.
