摘 要:为响应西湖大学业主方土方不外运的严苛要求,总承包单位在项目技术路线制定时,考虑了各单体基坑的形成顺序,通过控制各区域土方的挖出、堆放及回填,形成场内土方的动态平衡,最终保证了无土方的外运。在整体策划中重点考虑了场内临时堆土消纳量和消纳时间阶段、普通回填土和种植土回填土分类,解决群体工程施工场内短驳土方平衡难点,在不影响工程正常推进的前提下,大大降低工程造价,达到了创造工程实施的巨大经济效益和工期效益。In response to the strict requirements of the owner of Westlake University that the earthwork cannot be transported out of the onsite,the general contractor considered the formation sequence of each individual foundation pit when formulating the project technical route.A dynamic balance of the onsite earthwork was formulated,by controlling the excavation,stacking,and backfilling of the earthwork in each area and ultimately no earthwork being transported out of the onsite was ensured.In the overall planning,the key consideration was given to the consumption amount and consumption time stage of temporary soil storage onsite,as well as to the classification of ordinary backfill and planting soil backfill,which solved the difficulty of balancing the short barge earthwork in the group engineering construction site,greatly reduced the project cost without affecting the normal progress of the project,and achieved the huge economic and construction period benefits of creating the project implementation.
