摘 要:在群体高层住宅项目中,为保证屋面工程的施工质量,需进行二次深化设计,传统方式采用人工进行实测实量,效率低、精度差,而利用RTK无人机建立实景模型,在专业软件中进行实测实量,能提高测量效率。分别从设备选型、低空航测、实景建模、工程应用4个方面进行阐述,在手动模式下使用RTK无人机采集数据,建模后测得误差可控制在1 cm范围内,满足工程设计的要求。为降低低空航测技术门槛,采用井字飞行进行影像数据采集,对比分析航测效益,为同类工程的应用推广提供依据。In the group high-rise residential projects,in order to ensure the construction quality of the roof engineering,a secondary deepening design is required.The traditional method adopts manual measurement of actual quantity,which has low efficiency and poor accuracy,while using RTK unmanned aerial vehicles,a real scene model can be established to conduct measurement of real quantity in professional software,which can improve the measurement efficiency.Four aspects are elaborated,including equipment selection,low altitude aerial survey,real scene modeling,and engineering application.In manual mode,the RTK unmanned aerial vehicles can be used to collect data,and after modeling,the measured error can be controlled within 1 cm,meeting the requirements of engineering design.In order to reduce the threshold of low altitude aerial survey technology,the#-shaped flight is used for image data collection.The comparative analysis is performed for aerial survey benefits and provides a basis for the application and promotion of similar projects.
