摘 要:针对基坑栈桥无法满足31 t混凝土搅拌车通行问题,对栈桥采取加固处理。综合考虑栈桥面板跨度、厚度、车辆质量、车辆在栈桥面板上的最不利位置等因素,根据绝对最大弯矩等值法计算栈桥板的等效均布荷载。采用暗梁+钢管柱方式对栈桥进行加固处理,对加固后栈桥进行承载力分析,保证栈桥满足混凝土搅拌车的行驶要求,现场实施效果良好。As to the problem that the foundation pit trestle cannot meet the traffic requirements of a 31 t concrete mixing truck,reinforcement measures are taken for the trestle.Taking into account factors such as the span,thickness,vehicle mass,and the most unfavorable position of vehicles on the bridge deck,the equivalent uniformly distributed load of the bridge deck is calculated using the absolute maximum bending moment equivalence method.The trestle is reinforced with concealed beams and steel pipe columns,and the bearing capacity of the reinforced trestle is analyzed to ensure that it meets the driving requirements of the concrete mixing truck.The on-site implementation effect is good.
