摘 要:加氯加药系统是城市给水厂处理工艺的重要支撑,为城市给水厂提供药剂储存、配制、投加等服务。随着城市饮用水源地的数量增多,不同水源地的水质存在差异,此外水源经长距离输水管道输送,受到突发污染的风险亦有所增加。为了应对这些情况,城市主线工艺流程越来越长,药剂投加也呈多样性,因此对给水厂的加氯加药系统的设计提出更高要求。华北某大型给水厂加氯加药间包括三氯化铁、碱式氯化铝、硫酸、氢氧化钠、次氯酸钠和氨等多种药剂,属于典型的多药剂复合型加氯加药投加系统。考虑到药剂化学特性各不相同,设计中根据药剂的不同特点采取了防腐、防喷溅、通风以及漏氨吸收等防护措施,可有效降低药剂使用过程中的危险性,同时也考虑了运行操作过程中的便捷性。Chlorination and dosing system is an important supporting facility for the purification process of urban water supply plants.It provides chemical storage,preparation,dosing and other services for urban water supply plant.With the increase in the number of urban drinking water sources,the water quality of different water sources is different,and the risk of sudden contamination increases when source water is transported by long-distance pipelines.To cope with the problem,the process of water supply plant is getting longer,and the chemical dosing is also diverse.Therefore,higher requirements are imposed on the design of chlorination and dosing system in water supply plants.In a large water supply plant in north China,the chemicals of chlorination and dosing system includes ferric chloride,basic aluminum chloride,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,sodium hypochlorite,ammonia and other agents,indicating that it is a typical multi-agent compound chlorination and dosing system.Considering the different chemical characteristics of the agents,protective measures such as anti-corrosion,anti-splash,ventilation and leaked ammonia absorption were adopted in the design according to the different characteristics of the agents,which effectively reduced the risk of the use of agents and improved the convenience of the operation.
