摘　　要：现代体育盛会通常也是科学技术的博览会,科技创新对于体育装备、训练和营养的影响日益突出,体育运动的开展也因此而发生革命性的变化,特别是各类成绩提升技术的引入,不但影响竞赛项目的进行方式或成绩,也影响体育精神的诠释和弘扬。通过研究体育比赛中使用新奇技术装备的规范性,以冬奥会科技装备的演化为例,展现体育技术化的争议议题,从技术的限制论和宽容论两端,探讨该议题在体育技术伦理上的张力。针对科技在体育运动中的影响,尝试提出了一个基于体育价值的赛制规范框架,用以评价成绩提升技术的合伦理性和可接受性。The Sport Games have long been an expo of science and technology.Especially with the advent of numerous performance-enhancing technologies,not only how competition projects are carried out but how sportsmanship is interpreted and promoted are all being impacted.This paper is to analyze the standardization on usage of modern technological equipment in sporting events.Based on the analysis of evolutionary characteristics of scientific and technological equipment used in the Winter Olympic Games,this paper presents the controversial issues related to technologization problems within Winter Olympics.Besides,under the scenario of ethics of sports technology,the paper explores the tension of the topic from both technology-restriction theory and technology-tolerance theory.This paper aims to present a normative framework based on sports value for competition system in order to assess the rationality and acceptability of performance-enhancing technologies.
