摘　　要：走私冻品犯罪影响我国海关税收,扰乱正常的市场交易秩序,给我国食品安全、生物安全和公共卫生安全带来巨大隐患。该类犯罪在线索发现、情报研判、协作共享、侦查取证、主犯抓捕与案件定性等方面存在诸多难点。文章采用文献研究法和案例分析法,通过以情报导侦为切入点,积极拓宽情报源,不断增强情报分析、经营和共享能力,总结提炼技战法,建立预警机制,切实将情报成果转化为现实的战斗力,以破解办理此类案件的僵局。The crime of smuggling frozen products affects China’s customs revenue,disrupts the normal market transaction order,and brings huge hidden dangers to China’s food safety,biosafety and public health securityThis kind of crime has many difficulties in clue discovery,intelligence research and judgment,collaborative sharing,investigation and evidence collection,principal arrest and case determinationThis paper adopts the methods of literature research and case analysis,By taking intelli⁃gence⁃led investigation as the starting point,it actively broadens the source of intelligence,continuously enhances the ability of intelligence analysis,operation and sharing,summarizes and refines the technical and tactical methods,establishes an early warning mechanism,and effectively transforms the intelligence results into real combat effectiveness,so as to solve the deadlock in handling such cases.
