摘  要:以贵州省黔西南州兴义市周边野生栝楼种子为试验材料,用不同浓度的α-萘乙酸、赤霉素及氯化钾浸种来处理栝楼种子,研究其对种子萌发的影响。实验结果表明:一定浓度的α-萘乙酸、赤霉素及氯化钾对栝楼种子萌发均有影响,其中3种植物激素中,最适浓度分别为3 000 mg/L的α-萘乙酸和1 000 mg/L氯化钾,说明适宜浓度的α-萘乙酸、氯化钾均可增强栝楼种子活力,促进种子萌发,且3 000 mg/L的α-萘乙酸处理种子萌发率高于1 000 mg/L氯化钾。The wild Trichosanthes kirilowii Masim seeds around Xingyi City,Qianxinan Prefecture,Guizhou Province were used as experimental materials,and the seeds were soaked with different concentrations ofα-naphthylacetic acid,gibberellin and potassium chloride to study their effects on seed germination.The experimental results show that certain concentrations ofα-naphthylacetic acid,gibberellin and potassium chloride all have an effect on the germination of Trichosanthes kirilowii Masim seeds.Among the three plant hormones,the optimum concentrations are 3000 mg/Lα-naphthylacetic acid and 1000 mg/L potassium chloride,indicating that the appropriate concentration ofα-naphthaleneacetic acid and potassium chloride can enhance the vigor of Trichosanthes kirilowii Masim seeds and promote seed germination,and the seed germination rate of 3000 mg/Lα-naphthaleneacetic acid treatment is higher than 1000 mg/L potassium chloride.
