摘　　要：对吉林省某规模化养猪场暴发的一种临床上以流产为特征的疫病进行了研究。结果从流产胎盘和流产胎儿的实质器官和心血中分离出一种革兰阴性的小杆菌,分离菌株的形态学、培养特性、生化特性和分子生物学特性的鉴定结果显示,所分离的菌株为多杀性巴氏杆菌,命名为Pm-CC21。序列测定与分析结果表明,Pm-CC21为荚膜多糖基因型D型。药敏试验结果显示分离菌株对大多数药物敏感,尤其对头孢氨苄和环丙沙星极为敏感。根据药敏试验结果对猪群进行给药治疗,同时结合猪场情况采取其他综合性措施,有效控制猪场疫情。应用PCR方法从胎盘与胎儿组织中未检测出猪细小病毒、猪伪狂犬病毒、猪瘟病毒、乙型脑炎病毒、猪圆环病毒2型、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒和布鲁菌。本研究报道了一起少见由多杀性巴氏杆菌引起的母猪流产和早产的疫病,应引起国内同行的重视。A systematic investigation on the outbreak of an epidemic disease characterized by abortion on a large-scale pig farm in Jilin Province was performed.Gram-negative small bacilli were isolated from the placenta,parenchymal organs,and the heart blood of the aborted fetus.Characterization of the morphology,culture,biochemical,and molecular characteristics showed that the isolated bacterial strain is Pasteurella multocida,named Pm-CC21.Sequence analysis showed that the Pm-CC21 strain belonged to polysaccharide genotype D.Drug sensitivity tests showed that the Pm-CC21 strain was sensitive to most drugs,especially cefalexin and ciprofloxacin.According to the results of the drug sensitivity test,the pig herds were treated with cefalexin,and other comprehensive measures were simultaneously taken to effectively control the epidemic on the farm.The outbreak of the epidemic on the pig farm was effectively controlled.Porcine parvovirus,pseudorabies virus,swine fever virus,Japanese encephalitis virus,porcine circovirus 2,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,and Brucella were not detected by PCR from the placenta and the parenchymal organ of the aborted fetus.The outbreak of abortion and premature birth caused by Pasteurella multocida should attract the attention of clinical veterinary workers.
