摘  要:通过对蛇瓜资源农艺性状进行鉴定、评价,并筛选出具有潜力的适宜广西栽培的蛇瓜资源,为蛇瓜育种提供材料。从广西各地收集的12份蛇瓜资源进行品比、鉴定和筛选试验,运用主成分分析和聚类分析法对其纵径、横径、叶纵径、叶横径、叶柄长、植株节间长、瓜肉厚度、单瓜质量、单瓜种子数量、种子百粒重等农艺性状进行综合评价。相关性结果表明,单瓜质量与瓜纵径、叶柄长呈极显著正相关,与单瓜种子数量呈极显著负相关,表明叶片越宽瓜越轻,瓜重则瓜长,瓜轻则瓜短,瓜短则肉厚。植株节间长度与叶柄长呈显著正相关,单株产量与叶柄长、植株节间长度呈显著正相关,表明植株节间越长,叶柄越长,产量越低,生理生长越旺盛,单株产量越低。主成分分析结果表明,第一、第二、第三、第四主成分贡献率分别为40.107%,29.504%,14.471%,9.330%,累积贡献率达到93.412%。综合得分排名前3名的地瓜资源(GC261437、GC450101、GC451030),得分分别为:60.49,58.36,52.67。农艺性状聚类分析结果显示,在欧氏距离为5处,将12份蛇瓜资源分为四大类群,分别包含了3份、2份、4份和3份蛇瓜资源,第一类群产量和外观方面表现良好,第二类群叶片生长旺盛,第三类群营养生长能力强,第四类群瓜长和单瓜质量性状表现优良。编号为:GC261437、GC450101、GC451030资源的丰产性和商品性等综合性状表现优良,可作为蛇瓜育种的材料。Through the identification and evaluation of agronomic traits of Trichosanthes anguiua L.resources,the potential suitable resources for cultivating Trichosanthes anguiua L.in Guangxi were screened,and the materials for snake melon breeding were provided.A total of 12 Trichosanthes anguiua L.resources collected from various parts of Guangxi were selected for product comparison,identification and screening tests,and the agronomic traits such as melon longitudinal diameter,melon transverse diameter,leaf longitudinal diameter,leaf transverse diameter,petiole length,plant internode length,melon flesh thickness,single melon quality,number of single melon seeds,and seed weight per 100 seeds were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The correlation results showed that the quality of a single melon was positively correlated with the longitudinal diameter and petiole length of melon,and negatively correlated with the number of seeds of a single melon.It indicated that the wider the leaf,the lighter the melon,the heavier the melon,the longer the melon,the lighter the melon and the shorter the melon,and the shorter the melon and the thicker the flesh.The internode length of plants was positively correlated with petiole length.The yield of a single plant was significantly positively correlated with petiole length and internode length.It indicated that the longer the plant internode,the longer the petiole,the lower the yield,the more vigorous the physiological growth,and the lower the yield of a single plant.The results of principal component analysis showed that the contribution rates of the first,second,third and fourth principal components were 40.107%,29.504%,14.471%and 9.330%,respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 93.412%.The overall score ranked among the top 3 GC261437,GC450101,and GC451030,with scores of 60.49,58.36,and 52.67.The results of agronomic trait clustering analysis showed that 12 Trichosanthes anguiua L.resources could be divided into four major gr
