三种鹅绒藤属植物引发剂筛选及其引发耐旱性研究

摘  要:为明晰地梢瓜、鹅绒藤和华北白前3种鹅绒藤属植物种子萌发特性及探寻出能显著促进其在干旱逆境下萌发成苗的正向引发剂。本试验以3种鹅绒藤属植物野生种子为供试材料,测定了不同引发剂处理下的萌发(萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数等)和成苗(幼苗根长和芽长)参数,以隶属函数法进行综合评价,筛选出3种进行干旱逆境下的引发检验,以期为后续人工引种栽培及实践生产提供理论依据。结果表明,野生地梢瓜、鹅绒藤和华北白前种子的自然萌发率分别为52.67%,93.33%和90.00%,适宜的引发剂能显著促进3种植物种子萌发及幼苗生长。隶属函数综合分析表明,对地梢瓜和华北白前种子萌发促进效应最优的3种引发剂分别为H_(2)O(S1)、0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S4)和5%PEG(S5),对于鹅绒藤而言,最优引发剂分别为0.5%KMnO_(4)(S2)、0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S4)和5%PEG(S5)。此外,适宜的引发剂处理能缓解干旱胁迫所导致的3种鹅绒藤属植物种子的萌发受限情况,其中0.3%H_(2)O_(2)的效果最佳,可使地梢瓜、鹅绒藤和华北白前的萌发率较对照(S0N1)分别提高83.00%,18.10%和21.29%,建议将其作为后续研究及实践生产中的种子有效引发剂。In order to explore seed germination characteristics of three species of Cynanchum including Cynanchumthesioides,Cynanchum chinensewere and Cynanchum hancockianum and find the positive priming that could significantly promote seed germination and seedling establishment under drought stress,the wild seeds of three species were used as test materials,their germination parameters(germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,etc.)and seedling establishment parameters(root length and bud length)under different priming treatments were measured.Three priming with the highest effect were selected for subsequent test of drought stress by comprehensive analysis of membership function,which could provide theoretical basis for subsequent artificial introduction,cultivation and practical production.The results indicated that the natural germination percentage of C.thesioides,C.chinensewere and C.hancockianum were 52.67%,93.33%and 90.00%,respectively.The appropriate priming could significantly promote seed germination and seedling establishment.Membership function analysis showed that three solutions with the highest priming effect for C.thesioides and C.hancockianum were H_(2)O(S1),0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S4)and 5%PEG(S5),and for C.chinensewere were 0.5%KMnO_(4)(S2),0.3%H_(2)O_(2)(S4)and 5%PEG(S5),respectively.In addition,the appropriate seed priming could alleviate the germination restriction caused by drought stress,among which 0.3%H_(2)O_(2)had the best effect,the germination percentage of three species of Cynanchum increased by 83.00%,18.10%and 21.29%compared with the control(S0N1),respectively,which was suggested to be used as an effective seed priming in subsequent research and practical production.
