摘　　要：组织化程度与社会正义正相关,组织化程度越高,社会正义就越凸显。诊疗环境问题的实质是人与人之间的利益关系问题。人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要在各种特殊环境中更为迫切和明显。突发公共卫生疾病以及分级分类诊疗等各种具体情形和利益吁求,考验着医护人员和管理部门的责任担当与道义精神。促进大众风险意识提高、人际关怀提升、医疗措施提质、社会合作提效,有助于缓解诊疗环境问题,实现人民群众情绪与压力的缓冲。诊疗环境问题治理,实质是信念的治理、信心的治理、信任的治理,化解诊疗环境危机及其现实问题,关键在于赢得人民的信任和支持。The degree of social justice is positively related to the degree of organization.The higher the degree of organization,the more prominent the social justice will be.The essence of diagnosis and treatment environment problem is the interest relationship between people.The people's growing need for a better life is more urgent and obvious in various special environments.Sudden diseases,classified diagnosis and treatment and other specific situations and appeals for interests test the responsibility and moral spirit of medical staff and management departments.Theoretically interpreting the ways and means of improving risk awareness,interpersonal care,normative measures and social cooperation will help to alleviate the environmental problems in diagnosis and treatment and buffer the emotions and pressures of the parties.The essence of the treatment of environmental problems in diagnosis and treatment is the treatment of faith,confidence and trust.The key to resolving the environmental crisis in diagnosis and treatment and its practical problems lies in gaining people's trust and support.
