摘　　要：共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征和本质要求,数字经济作为一种新兴的经济形态,对实现共同富裕具有重要影响。以“宽带中国”战略试点作为数字经济发展的外生冲击,基于2011—2020年中国地级市的面板数据,运用多期双重差分模型检验了数字经济发展对区域共同富裕水平的影响和传导机制。研究表明:数字经济发展显著促进了区域共同富裕水平的提升,规模经济效应、结构转型效应和技术创新效应起到部分中介作用,数字经济对共同富裕的影响在地理区位、财政分权和人口规模方面存在异质性。应该因地制宜地推进数字基础设施建设,弥合数字鸿沟,促进数字经济红利的释放和分享,更好地通过数字经济发展促进区域共同富裕。Shared prosperity is a fundamental concept and goal of China's style of modernization,and the digital economy,as an emerging economic form,plays a significant role in achieving shared prosperity.Using the“Broadband China”strategy pilot as an exogenous shock to digital economic development,and employing a multi-period difference-in-differences model with data from 2011 to 2020 at the prefecture-level city level,this study examines the impact of digital economic development on the level of regional shared prosperity,its transmission mechanisms,and heterogeneous effects.The main conclusions are as follows:First,from an overall regression perspective,digital economic development significantly promotes an increase in the level of regional shared prosperity.This conclusion holds even after conducting a series of robustness tests,including PSM-DID,sub-sample regressions,and the exclusion of other policy interferences.Second,regarding transmission mechanisms,digital economic development significantly enhances regional shared prosperity through economies of scale,structural transformation,and technological innovation effects.Third,concerning heterogeneous effects,digital economic development affects regional shared prosperity differently depending on characteristics such as geographic location,fiscal decentralization,and population size.The research findings provide valuable insights and references for advancing new infrastructure construction and promoting the realization of regional shared prosperity.
