摘 要:氢能作为新兴的零碳二次能源,对于推动中国能源体系转型、支撑中国能源安全具有重要意义。为进一步推动氢能与电力系统的深度融合,支撑中国高比例新能源发展,对电氢耦合系统形态与关键技术展开研究。首先,构建了电氢耦合系统的技术框架。然后,从氢能供应链的制-储-输-用4个方面评述相关技术发展趋势,进而从发电侧、电网侧和消费侧3个角度出发论述氢能对电力系统典型场景的关键支撑技术,分析支撑中国能源安全的电氢耦合系统形态。最后,针对当前电氢耦合系统发展中的问题进行阐述并给出相关政策建议。As an emerging zero-carbon secondary energy,hydrogen is of great significance to promote the transition of the energy system and support the energy security of China.In order to further promote the in-depth integration of hydrogen systems and electricity systems,and support the development of the high proportion of renewable energy in China,the form and key technologies of the integrated electricity-hydrogen system are studied.Firstly,the technical framework of integrated electricityhydrogen system is constructed.Then,the development trend of related technologies is reviewed from four aspects of production,storage,transportation,and utilization of the hydrogen energy supply chain.In addition,the key supporting technologies of hydrogen energy for typical scenarios of power systems are discussed from three perspectives of power generation side,power grid side,and consumption side,and the form of integrated electricity-hydrogen system for supporting energy security of China is analyzed.Finally,problems in the development of current integrated electricity-hydrogen system are expounded and relevant policy proposals are given.
