摘 要:为深度挖掘变压器在N-1故障短时过载工况下的紧急支撑能力,保障城市电网在该工况下的供电可靠性,提出一种计及变压器短期急救负载的城市高压配电网负荷优化分配模型。首先,推导变压器的绕组热点温度、顶层油温参数计算式。在此基础上,引入变压器短期急救负载耐受时间及约束,构建短期急救负载下以负载系数、耐受时间为决策变量的变压器过载能力非线性约束,利用凸包方法将其线性化。结合高压配电网典型拓扑约束、有功功率平衡约束等组成约束集,以变压器短期急救负载耐受时间和最大、110 kV线路开关操作次数及220 kV变压器有功切负荷量最小为目标函数,提出计及变压器短期急救负载的城市高压配电网负荷优化分配模型。该模型为混合整数线性规划问题,采用Cplex工具箱进行求解。最后,通过实际220 kV/110 kV城市电网仿真分析,验证了所提模型的有效性。To deeply excavate the emergency support capacity of the transformer under N-1 fault short-term overload conditions and ensure the power supply reliability of urban power grids,an optimal load distribution model of urban high-voltage distribution network considering short-term emergency loading of the transformer is proposed.First,the calculation formulas of winding hot spot temperature and top oil temperature parameters of the transformer are derived.On this basis,the tolerance time and constraints of short-term emergency loading of the transformer are introduced,and the nonlinear constraints of transformer overload capacity under short-term emergency loading are constructed with load coefficient and tolerance time as decision variables,and linearized by the convex hull method.Combining the topology constraints and active power balance constraints of a high-voltage distribution network to form a constraint set,an optimal load distribution model of urban high-voltage distribution network considering the short-term emergency loading of transformers is proposed with the objective function of the maximum tolerance time of short-term emergency loading of the transformer,the minimum number of switching operations of 110 kV lines,and the minimum active load shedding of 220 kV transformers.The model is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming problem and is solved using the Cplex toolbox.Finally,the validity of the proposed model is verified by the simulation analysis conducted on an actual 220 kV/110 kV urban power grid.
