摘 要:多端环型海底观测网供电系统量测节点与数据有限,难以准确定位故障分支和故障点,给系统修复带来了极大的困难。文中提出了基于附加量测节点的故障主动定位方法,根据海底观测网的多端环型结构特点,计算端对端最长连通路径,并基于环网分解点,确定数量最小化的附加量测节点位置。对原有和附加量测节点进行编号,依次选择不同量测节点计算供电系统所有节点电压。利用电压差搜索建立故障位置判断矩阵,对矩阵元素取算术平均值降低误差影响,得到精确的故障位置。建立“海王星”海底观测网PSCAD/EMTDC仿真模型,验证了所提方法的有效性和准确性。Due to the limited measurement nodes and data of the power supply system in the multi-terminal undersea observation ring networks,it is difficult to accurately locate the faulty branch and the fault,which brings great difficulties and time costs to system repairs.This paper proposes an active fault location method based on additional measurement nodes.According to the multiterminal structure characteristics of the undersea observation ring networks,the longest end-to-end connection path is calculated.The positions of the minimum number of additional measurement nodes are determined based on the decomposition points of the ring networks.The original and additional measurement nodes are numbered,and different measurement nodes are selected in turn to calculate the voltage of all nodes in the power supply system.Using the voltage difference to search and establish the fault location judgment matrix,the arithmetic average of matrix elements is obtained to reduce the errors,so as to obtain the accurate fault location.The simulation model of NEPTUNE undersea observation networks is established in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
