摘　　要：文章研究了厌氧污泥胞外聚合物受到Ni^(2+)进水浓度变化的影响,分析厌氧污泥中松散结合型胞外聚合物(LB-EPS)和紧密结合型胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)随Ni^(2+)浓度增加而变化的规律,并对LB-EPS和TB-EPS进行三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)分析,对厌氧污泥沉降性能与LB-EPS和TB-EPS含量变化相互间的关系进行探究。随着进水Ni^(2+)质量浓度由0增加至25 mg/L的过程中,污泥LB-EPS质量分数由9.34 mg/g(以MLVSS计)增加至62.91 mg/g,蛋白(PN)与多糖(PS)质量比由3.32降至2.54,LB-EPS含量的变化与污泥容积指数(SVI)的变化呈正相关性;TB-EPS质量分数由23.21 mg/g(以MLVSS计)增加至72.15 mg/g,PN/PS由3.70降至3.05,TB-EPS含量的变化与SVI的变化呈正相关性。3D-EEM光谱显示,在进水Ni^(2+)质量浓度为25 mg/L下,厌氧污泥LB-EPS和TB-EPS中芳香类蛋白和色氨酸类蛋白是重要的响应物质。The effects of Ni^(2+)concentration on extracellular polymer in up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)were investigated,the changes of loosely bound extracellular polymeric substances(LB-EPS)and tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances(TBEPS)with the increase of Ni^(2+)concentration were analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy(3D-EEM).The relationship of the LB-EPS and TB-EPS with the sludge settleability were also analyzed.With the Ni^(2+)concentration increased from 0 to 25 mg/L,and the contents of LB-EPS(measured in MLVSS)and TB-EPS in anaerobic sludge increased from 9.34 mg/g and 23.21 mg/g to 62.91 mg/g and 72.15 mg/g,respectively,and the ratio of protein(PN)to polysaccharide(PS)in LB-EPS and TB-EPS decreased from 3.32 and 3.70 to 2.54 and 3.05,respectively.The sludge volume index(SVI)was positively correlated with the content of LB-EPS and TB-EPS.The 3D-EEM spectrum showed that tryptophan proteins were generated in LB-EPS at 25 mg/L Ni^(2+)concentration,and aromatic proteins and tryptophan proteins were the main components of LB-EPS and TB-EPS.
